Master of Ceremonies (MC) and event facilitator for hire.
We all love a good laugh, but sometimes you need a MC or facilitator who knows how to blend a rich sense of humour with the sophistication and savoir faire that a savvy audience deserves. Someone who can be articulate, entertaining, and engaging without feeling slapstick. More “Frasier” and less “South Park.” For those kinds of events, the Funny Professor is your perfect option for MC or facilitator roles at conferences, corporate events, business functions, or workshops!
Let's talk about your event
The Professor
The Funny Professor is Prof. Robert Perrons, a full professor at a Brisbane-based university. He has a PhD from the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He was both a Gates Cambridge Scholar and a Fulbright Scholar. He has delivered keynote addresses at the United Nations and many high-profile conferences around the world. He was a TEDx speaker, and is frequently interviewed by national media outlets like ABC News and 7News about a broad range of topics.
At the same time, however, he also moonlights as a stand-up comedian who performs extensively on stages around Australia, and who was a semi-finalist in the Australia-wide RAW comedy competition.
Want to add some humour to your next event in a way that doesn't detract from the importance of the topic being discussed? Let's discuss how the Funny Professor can help you to deliver your event smoothly while also putting a smile on the faces of everyone there.
